OUR VISION
A society where the students, trainees, workers and graduates of vocational-technical training institutions, human resource development centers and facilities, whether in the government or in the private sector, and whether residing or working in the Philippines or overseas, are economically empowered and given equal opportunities for better employment, career advancement and personal and professional development in recognition of their vital role in nation building.

 

OUR MISSION

(1) To empower and advance the economic condition of the students,   trainees, workers and graduates of vocational-technical education and training institutions, human resource development centers and facilities, both in government and private institutions.


(2) To provide a forum through which the students, trainees, workers and graduates of vocational-technical education and training institutions, human resource development canters and facilities  where they can discuss matters of common interest and push for programs and advocacies that will uplift their and their families' plight.


(3) To provide a vehicle through which the students, trainees, workers and graduates of vocational-technical education and training institutions, human resource development canters and facilities can coordinate with various government agencies and instrumentalities to push for programs and legislation that will upgrade vocational-technical education and training in the country to a level that is both acceptable and competitive both in the local and international workplaces and communities.

 

(4) To source various types and kinds of financial and development resources and to make the same available to the students, trainees, workers and graduates of vocational technical education and training institutions, human resource development canters and facilities to improve their skills and qualifications and, thus, enhance their opportunities for better employment, career advancement and entrepreneurial endeavours, with the end in view of helping uplift the Philippine economy.
