Mechanics of the BICC-RC Cola Basketball League - Season 4 Photo Contest:

1.       The contest is open to all BICC members. Officers, officials and committee members of the BICC - RC Cola Basketball League - Season 4 are disqualified from joining the contest.

2.       Contestants must certify that their work is their own original taken from any of the official scheduled BICC basketball games. 

3.       Entry/entries must be e-mailed at BICC.Epson.photocontest@gmail.com not later than February 28, 2010.

4.        Entries must have a “Title” for each photo. Entries must also have the digital file in JPG  format with at least 300 dpi

5.       BICC respects the ownership of these photos and will not use these photos in any other purposes without any express permission from the photographer.

6.       Entries must be candid photos and not posed. Photos must be in its original take, not digitally enhanced, not cropped nor-super-imposed. The placement of identifying marks, such as names, addresses or any sign to insinuate information about the owner of the entry is strictly prohibited. Moreover entries must not contain anything obsene, violent or offensive to any community.  Any such content will be immediately disqualified from entry.

Criteria for Judging:

Judges composed of BICC Season 4 officials will select the top 3 entries based on the following criteria:

o       Adherence to entry requirements (75%) – The entry must be original, unpublished, raw, undigitized with no identification, adherent to theme, does not contain anything obscene, violent or offensive to any community, no violation of third party non-violation of third-party, etc.

o       Overall Impact (25%) – attractiveness of the photo

Prizes:

1.       Top 3 entries will receive a photo printer from Epson Philippines .

2.       A contestant can only win once. In the event that both winning entries were submitted by the same contestant, he will be granted with the prize that has the higher cash value. Prizes are not convertible to cash but can be transferable.

3.       Winners will be notified through email.  Prizes will be given on the awarding ceremony after the championship game of BICC Season 4.
