It offers financial assistance through loan packages to teaching and non-teaching personnel of Don Bosco schools in the Philippines, past and present students of any Don Bosco schools in the Philippines, parents of currently enrolled students in any Don Bosco school in the Philippines, Salesian fathers and sisters, registered cooperators and employees of companies owned or controlled by any Don Bosco alumni even if these employees are not Bosconians themselves.
